Lisa McGivern Kozlen has over two decades of diverse experience in various roles focused on information security, business operations, and career counseling. Currently serving as an Information Security Manager at State Farm since 2011, Lisa has also held positions such as Information Security Intern Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, and Business Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes being a Small Business Owner at 2 Bees & Me and serving as a Career Counselor and Advisor at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, Lisa worked as the Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and as an Intern-Onsite Coordinator at LeaderShape, Inc. Lisa holds both a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
