Michelle ( née Rupert) Thompson

Michelle (née Rupert) Thompson has a diverse work experience beginning in 2007 when they became the Chief Operations Officer for Conservation Consultants, Inc. In 2016, they participated in the Pennsylvania Business Executive Leaders Program, and in 2015, they were a participant in the Anne B. Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series. In 2017, they became the Chief of Staff at Haddad's Inc. and the Chief Operating Officer at Cold Spark Media, where they managed a squad of political, graphics, and communications professionals. In 2018, they joined Fifth Influence as Shared Chief Operating Officer and in 2022 they joined Statespace as Business Operations and Recruiter.

Michelle (née Rupert) Thompson's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from PennWest Clarion from 2003 to 2006, and Master's degree course work in Nonprofit Management from Carnegie Mellon University from 2007 to 2008. Michelle also attended Lewistown Area Senior High School. Michelle has obtained seven certifications from Recruiting Innovation, including a Tech Recruiter Certification and certifications for Product Management, Back End Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Front End Engineering, Tech Recruiting Tactics, and UX Design.
