Akshay Rai has extensive experience in technical writing and technical support, currently serving at Stats Perform since October 2015 in various roles such as Technical Writer and Shift Lead - Technical Operations. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, conducting performance reviews, managing customer and employee issues, and implementing effective solutions for client complaints. Previously, Akshay worked at Dell as a Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on ticket management and hardware troubleshooting. Akshay holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from KVG College of Engineering, earned between 2011 and 2014.
