Andy Thomas

Andy Thomas has a diverse work experience in various accounting and finance roles. Andy is currently working at StatsBomb as the Head of Financial Accounts since March 2023. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Accountant at StatsBomb from January 2021 until March 2023. Prior to their tenure at StatsBomb, Andy worked as a Shared Services Accountant at Alatas Crane Services Worldwide from August 2020 to December 2020. Andy also had a role as a Service Charge Accountant at Workman LLP from March 2020 to August 2020. From August 2017 to February 2020, Andy worked as an Assistant Accountant at Dyno, a British Gas company. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Havisham Group, where they served as a Commercial Manager from September 2015 to February 2017, and as an Executive Analyst from March 2013 to September 2015. Andy started their career as a Commercial Executive at Huntswood in December 2012, where they worked until March 2013.

Andy Thomas attended Farnborough Sixth Form College from 2006 to 2008, where they studied subjects such as Business Studies, ICT, Media, Geography, and Accounting. Following that, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management with Enterprise and Innovation at the University of Winchester. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate from The Knowledge Academy in June 2015, the Xero Advisor Certification from Xero in February 2020, and the PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification from The Knowledge Academy in June 2015.
