Charlotte Randall has extensive work experience in various roles, starting with their position as a Trainee Analyst to Project Manager at Research International from 1999 to 2004. Charlotte then worked as a Data Analyst at RS Consulting from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Pinnacle Sports as a Digital Project Manager until 2010. From 2011 to 2015, Charlotte worked at Clarks as a Multi Channel Global Programme Manager, where they led the implementation of a global re-platform program on hybris (SAP). Charlotte then worked as a Management Consultant at Charlotte Randall from 2015 to 2017, providing organizations with tools and skills to manage and track their digital business. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at StatsBomb Services, utilizing their skills and experience from various job roles to contribute to the unique sports betting industry.

Charlotte Randall obtained an Honours degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham, from 1995 to 1998. Charlotte later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from the University of Leicester, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009.
