Dan Birtle

Dan Birtle has a diverse work experience in IT roles. Dan is currently working as an IT Engineer at StatsBomb since August 2021, where they are responsible for creating and managing the IT function and providing remote support to employees globally. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Technician at RSK Group from February 2020 to August 2021. From August 2019 to February 2020, they served as an IT Support Engineer at Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH, providing 2nd Line IT Support. Before that, from September 2018 to August 2019, they worked as an SC Cleared IT Service Desk Analyst at Boeing. In 2018, they took a break and traveled to Australia and Indonesia. At Boeing, they had previous roles such as Telecomms Administrator, End User Support Specialist, and IT Apprentice from 2014 to 2018. Dan started their career as a Sales Assistant at Halfords from January 2011 to July 2014, and also briefly worked as a Sales Assistant at Waitrose in 2013.

Dan Birtle's education history includes attending the University of the West of England from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a foundation degree in applied computing. Dan then moved on to South Gloucestershire & Stroud College from 2014 to 2015, where they completed an Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 4) in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Weston College and obtained a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT Practitioners. In addition, during the same period from 2011 to 2012, they also studied at WESTON College, University Campus and obtained an As Level ICT qualification in Information Technology.
