Shane Hartzler

Shane Hartzler is the Chief Strategy Officer at Stavvy. Shane has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including strategy and operations.

Shane began their career as a Senior Business Process Analyst at the GAO. Shane then transitioned to American Management Systems (AMS), where they worked as a consultant for four years. In 2004, Shane joined Fannie Mae as the Director of eMortgage Strategy and Operations. Shane was responsible for leading the team that designed, developed, and improved Fannie Mae's eMortgage offerings. Shane also partnered with customers and industry stakeholders to evaluate market needs and opportunities to drive eMortgage adoption and support eMortgage deliveries. Shane left Fannie Mae in 2021 after 17 years with the company to join Stavvy as Chief Strategy Officer.

Shane Hartzler holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a B.A. in Business Communications from Goshen College.
