Ayesha Cronin has over 25 years of work experience. Ayesha began their career in 1996 as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at ACORDASIA- Asian Centre for Organization Research and Development, where they generated annual sales revenue of Rs 600K and was responsible for planning, budgeting, marketing, conference logistics, training design and co-facilitating workshops and seminars. In 2001, they joined IBM Global Services as an Associate Consultant, where they learnt and implemented change management and communications techniques and methods associated with large business and technology change projects. Ayesha then moved on to Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom, where they worked on a ten-member IT Helpdesk to meet the technology needs of over 3000 civil servants. In 2003, they joined Indus Experiences as a Senior Sales Consultant, where they dealt with direct customers and travel agents to design and sell bespoke holidays to India over 7 years. Ayesha then moved on to The Ultimate Travel Company in 2010, where they were the Sales & Product Lead - Indian Subcontinent. Ayesha managed hundreds of discerning clients and generated an annual average sales turnover of £800K at 18-20% profit margins. In 2021, they joined The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust as a Covid vaccine clinic administrator. Ayesha is currently a Senior Sales Executive at StayOne.

Ayesha Cronin attended The Lawrence School, Lovedale in India from 1985 to 1993. Ayesha then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University from 1993 to 1996. In 1999, they completed a Master of Arts in Organisation Studies including Psychology, Sociology, Organisation Structures & Change Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
