Matthew Riedel

Matthew Riedel has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Matthew is currently the Director of Property Operations at Heirloom since March 2021. Before joining Heirloom, they worked for Domio as the Regional Head of Operations/General Manager of Nashville & Charlotte from 2018 to 2020. Matthew also served as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Front Office for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they worked for Hilton Worldwide as a Front Office Manager from 2014 to 2015 and served in several roles at Omni Hotels, including Assistant Director of Housekeeping, Front Office Manager, and Assistant Front Office Manager from 2007 to 2012. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager for Hilton in 2006.
