Colin Matchett

Colin Matchett has over nine years of work experience in the IT industry. Colin began their career in 2007 as a Network Administrator at Crash Services Ltd, where they developed the company's WAN and upgraded the Splicecom phone system. In 2011, they moved to CSI-Ireland as a Consultant. In 2012, they were a Customer Solutions Architect at Fujitsu UK and Ireland, and a Senior Network Engineer at EOSSYSTEMS. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Capita Managed IT Solutions. Colin then worked as an Operations Engineer at Amazon Web Services, Managed Services from 2015 to 2017. In 2020, they were an Automation Engineer at Opayo (formerly Sage Pay). Most recently, they have been a Cloud Deployment Engineer at EXL since 2021, where they have been the lead deployment engineer in a geo-based cross-functional agile team. Colin has achieved automation of the extraction IaaS MVP infrastructure, cost optimization of 100,000 US dollars, and the creation of a technical architectural group (TAG). Colin has also automated the f2f infrastructure, and created a centralized logging solution.
