Emma Layard-Roberts has a diverse work experience. Emma started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Newton Europe in 2015. Emma then progressed to become an Operations Consultant, Senior Consultant, and ultimately a Lead Consultant at the same company. During their time at Newton Europe, Emma successfully led and managed teams, delivering measurable financial and operational benefits through major improvement programs for clients in various sectors.

In 2021, Emma joined Staze, a hotel booking platform, as a Head of Growth & Sustainability. At Staze, they are part of the founding team and is responsible for promoting net-zero hotel bookings globally. Emma compares carbon footprints just like prices and ensures that every booking is offset for free.

Emma Layard-Roberts attended Channing School from 2004 to 2011.
