Jason Stern

Chief Administrative & Strategy Officer at Steadfast Living

Jason is responsible for developing and executing the company’s corporate strategies & key initiatives. He joined Steadfast in 2019 and oversees many of the corporate service teams including Human Resources, Learning & Development, Information Technology, and Marketing & Experience.

Before coming to Steadfast, Jason was a turnaround executive and served as President/CEO of the following companies: Gift of Time, a change management consulting firm, Paul’s TV & Appliances, a 48-store consumer electronics retailer, Xceliware, a warehouse management software company, and Adopt A High Maintenance Corporation.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

An avid athlete, Jason spends his weekends on the tennis court, running trails, surfing, or coaching and/or watching one of his three kids. He also enjoys serving as an executive coach to various leaders.
