Tim Middleton

Tim has served as the Chief Investment Officer for Steadfast Living since September 1, 2020, and is responsible for the company’s acquisition, disposition, real estate finance, asset management, and risk management activities. Prior to joining Steadfast Living, Tim spent 16 years with Steadfast Companies and was appointed Chief Investment Officer in 2017. During his time at Steadfast Companies, Tim closed over $4 billion in transactions.

Before Steadfast, Tim worked for Trammell Crow Company where he provided real estate advisory services to major corporate clients in the Los Angeles area.

Tim graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Political Science and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and kids.
