Glen Anthony Vaughan

Glen Anthony Vaughan serves as the Training and Development Manager at Steadfast Management Company since August 2022, focusing on the ideation, management, and design of interactive eLearning training initiatives within the international multifamily sector. Prior to this role, Glen held the position of Community Manager at Steadfast Companies from October 2016 to July 2022, where operations and project management of luxury properties in central Texas were overseen. Glen's earlier experience includes serving as Residential Manager at Berglas & Garfield / Daley & Garfield, focusing on operational supervision and infrastructure improvement projects, and working as a Freelance Actor, Photographer, and Designer from May 2006 to August 2012. Glen holds a BA in Philosophy and Dramatic Literature from Rhodes University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
