Ashley McWilliams

Ashley McWilliams has a diverse background in the insurance industry, with experience in marketing, sales, and account management roles. Ashley most recently worked as a Marketing Representative at Steadily, where they managed agency engagement and training. Prior to that, they were a Sales Account Executive at Leif Assurance, focusing on delivering tech-powered insurance solutions to contractors. Ashley also served as a Senior Sales Executive at Missouri Employers Mutual, where they were responsible for driving growth and managing agency relationships. Earlier in their career, they worked at Travelers as an Account Executive, underwriting and managing a portfolio of small business insurance accounts. Ashley began their career at Farmers Insurance as a Senior Service Advocate. Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, drive sales, and deliver excellent service to clients.

Ashley McWilliams obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Creative Writing Emphasis from The University of Kansas between 2004 and 2008. Ashley then pursued a Master of Science in Journalism with a focus on Marketing Communications at the same university from 2010 to 2013.
