Brittney O'Toole

Brittney O'Toole has been working in the insurance industry since 2010. Brittney began their career at GEICO, where they worked as an Office Manager & Sales/Service Trainer, Performance Analyst, and Insurance Agent. In 2022, they joined Steadily as a Personal Lines Account Manager. At GEICO, Brittney managed a small office of employees and implemented office policies by establishing standards and procedures. Brittney also evaluated underwriting processes, tested new partner sites, applications, processes, and procedures, and created procedures for the training department and sales agents.
