Maria Ufnal

Maria Ufnal has over five years of professional experience in Human Resources (HR), Project Coordination, and Category Specialization. In 2016, they began their career as a Project Coordinator for Fundacja Rak'n'Roll. Wygraj Życie!, where they were responsible for coordinating a country wide project that donated free wigs for women suffering from cancer. In 2017, they moved to DaWanda GmbH, where they were a Category Specialist for fashion, accessories, bags, and jewelry. Her main activities included monitoring and increasing sales for key sellers, making marketing plans, writing offers, recruiting and onboarding new employees. In 2019, they joined Novartis as an HR Specialist. In 2021, they moved to Tilda (All About Me GmbH), where they worked as an HR Manager. Her main responsibilities included working closely with the Head of HR, CEO and the rest of the team to set up and perform HR functions, helping the company to scale, and managing internal people operation processes. Currently, Maria is the People & Experience Manager at Steady.

Maria Ufnal earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Uniwersytet SWPS between 2011 and 2017.
