Kathleen Plankenhorn, MBA, CSFS

Kathleen Plankenhorn has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Kathleen started their career at Zenefits in 2015 as an Associate Benefits Advisor and later became a Benefits Advisor. In 2018, they joined OneDigital Health and Benefits as a Solutions Architect before moving to Prudential Financial as a Senior Client Services Specialist. In 2020, Kathleen joined Stealth Partner Group, an Amwins Company, as an Account Manager and was later promoted to Lead Account Manager for Stop Loss. Kathleen then transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Analyst before assuming their current position as Quality Manager, Account Management. Kathleen holds an MBA and CSFS certification.

Kathleen Plankenhorn obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Illinois State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Colorado State University, where they are expected to graduate in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Kathleen has acquired additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Self Funding Specialist (CSFS) in June 2023. Kathleen also obtained a Resident Life, Accident and Health Insurance Producer License from the Arizona Department of Insurance in June 2015.
