David Nuttall

David Nuttall is an experienced animator with a diverse background in character animation and artistic production. Currently serving as Lead Animator at Steamroller Animation since October 2021, David has previously held roles including Mid Character Animator at Red Star 3D, where contributions were made to the feature film 'The Amazing Maurice', and as a Freelance Character Animator for cinematic cut scenes on 'Kena - Bridge of Spirits' at Ember Lab. David's earlier experience spans multiple freelance roles and leadership positions, including Lead Character Animator and Art Director at Fudge Animation Studios, where a wide range of tasks from character design to animation were performed. David holds a Master's Degree in Computer Animation from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's Degree in Animation from Sheffield Hallam University. Additionally, David pursues traditional acrylic painting as a personal art endeavor.
