What we’re looking for

As Stedi focuses on the healthcare space, the company is growing rapidly. We are looking for a strategic and thoughtful Senior Recruiter to oversee and execute the entire recruiting function – both business and technical hiring. This role has a high degree of autonomy and needs someone who can operate independently in ambiguity. 

In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to scope roles, execute full-cycle strategies, and ensure we attract and retain the highest caliber of talent. Your expertise in B2B recruiting will be vital as you hire based on business needs, provide insightful role feedback, and strategically align our talent acquisition efforts with our overarching business objectives. 

Because Stedi is a highly technical product, and we hire technical talent frequently, this person must have technical recruiting experience.

What you'll do

  • Make every hire better than the last. Maintaining a high bar for talent and continuously raising the bar on talent is essential to Stedi’s successful growth and attaining business goals. It is the Senior Recruiter’s responsibility to gatekeep Stedi’s high bar for talent, iterate on how to reinforce the proper parameters for talent, and build those principles into the hiring process.
  • Build strategic partnerships. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to understand hiring needs, contextualize them with business goals, define role requirements, and develop comprehensive strategies. You will need to be resourceful to learn the business quickly so you can ask the right questions to plan the most effective interview process for teams.
  • Plan and execute full-cycle recruiting. Manage the end-to-end process for technical and business positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and giving offers. Ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Communicate thoughtfully. Maintain graceful and effective communication with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and leadership. Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the process.
  • Have a high bar for operational excellence. Continuously evaluate and refine processes and strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. Document everything. Automate what you can. Embrace data-driven decision-making to inform practices.

Who you are

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting and at least 2 years of technical recruiting at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • You are resourceful and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and being decisive with little feedback or oversight.
  • Experience in role scoping and providing constructive feedback on hiring needs and candidate fit.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and senior leadership.
  • You care deeply about the details and understand that operational excellence drives the best recruiting functions.
  • Experience with Ashby (ATS) preferred.
