Alexandra Mandell has over five years of experience in the business operations and people operations fields. In 2020, they began their current role as People & Business Operations Lead at Stedi. Prior to this, they held various roles at Carta from 2016-2020, including People Team Strategy & Operations Lead, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and Implementations Manager. In 2015, they began their career as an Account Manager at LendUp.
