Amy Willard

Amy Willard is an accomplished leader in research and innovation with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Research & Innovation at Steelcase since October 2018, Amy previously held roles including Manager of Global Market Insights and Senior Researcher within the same organization. Prior to joining Steelcase, Amy worked as a Senior Insights Analyst at SpartanNash and as a Senior Strategic Planner at Spectrum Health. Amy began a career in research as the Primary Care Research and Evaluation Program Manager at Michigan State University after earning a Master of Science in Survey Methodology from the University of Michigan. The foundational academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Central Michigan University.
