Travis Williams

Travis Williams has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Director of Engineering at SteelSeries, where they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager, Digital at SteelSeries from May 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining SteelSeries, Travis was a Software Engineering Manager at ActiveCampaign from February 2019 to May 2021. Travis also worked as a Full Stack Developer at ActiveCampaign from June 2017 to May 2019, where they played a key role in upgrading outdated Ember versions.

Travis started their career as a Front End Engineer at L2 Interactive in September 2015 and stayed until June 2017. Before that, they worked at Newark element14, where they held the positions of Senior Interactive Developer from July 2012 to September 2015, and Graphic Designer from August 2011 to June 2012.

Travis began their career at Red Robin in March 2008, initially as a team member and quickly progressing to roles such as Certified Designated Trainer, Lead Trainer, NRO Trainer, and Mid-Manager. Travis contributed to achieving the lowest beverage cost in their region through data analysis, par settings, and accountability. Travis stayed with Red Robin until September 2011.

Travis Williams attended Waubonsee Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Certificate in Web Design. Travis then went on to study at the International Academy of Design and Technology from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Web Design & Multimedia. Later, Travis pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Web and Internet Applications at North Central College from 2012 to 2015.
