Nathan McFadyen currently serves as Life Enrichment Manager and previously held the role of Life Enrichment Worker at Steeves & Rozema Group since August 2015. Prior to this, Nathan worked at Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada from March 2011 to August 2015 as Aquatics Coordinator, overseeing swimming lesson coordination, payroll, scheduling, and staff supervision. Nathan holds a degree in Recreation & Leisure Services from Fanshawe College, completed between 2009 and 2011.
