Ferhat Han

Ferhat Han has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ferhat started their career as a Customer Service Advisor at Unite Students in 2011, where they provided administrative support and ensured customer satisfaction. Ferhat then worked as a Hospitality Assistant at Mansion Student Accommodation, where they focused on delivering excellent customer service and managing maintenance requests.

Ferhat later joined Workspace Group as a Centre Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining high occupancy levels and excellent customer relations. Ferhat then worked at Greystar Europe Holdings Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.

Following this, Ferhat had a series of temporary roles before joining Sanctuary Group as a Deputy Accommodation Manager and later being promoted to Accommodation Manager. In these roles, they managed service delivery, implemented operational plans, and ensured compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ferhat then worked as a Property Manager at Independent Housing UK Ltd., providing comprehensive housing management services to tenants with disabilities and mental health issues. Most recently, they served as a Housing Manager and Head of Housing at SJOG Hospitaller Services, offering intensive housing support to vulnerable adults with mental health and learning difficulties.

In the future, Ferhat is set to join Stef & Philips as the Head of Housing in 2023.
