Catherine Bays

Catherine Bays, CFRE, CAP, serves as a Campaign Manager at the Steier Group, a national fundraising and development firm, since September 2024. Previously, Catherine held the position of Director of Development at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts from February 2022 to September 2024. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Development Officer at the Museum of Discovery, Director of Auxiliary Services at Arkansas Children's, Annual Giving Manager at Arkansas Repertory Theatre, and Membership Manager at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from the University of Arkansas.
