Rosemary M

Rosemary M has extensive work experience in the steel industry. Rosemary started their career in 1996 as a Senior Employee Relations Representative at Stelco Hamilton. Rosemary then moved on to become a Dept. Manager, Labor Relations at a steel plant in 2008. In this role, they handled grievance administration, recruiting, and training. Rosemary provided counsel to front line managers on collective agreements and company policies. Rosemary M joined STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada in 2017 as a Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in October 2018.

Rosemary M attended McMaster University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour Studies. Rosemary'sfield of study focused on Human Resources Management and Labor Relations.
