Haley Claxton

Haley Claxton serves as Associate Corporate Counsel at Stella-Jones since July 2024, specializing in general counsel services for Missouri public school districts, focusing on compliance related to employment, contracting, student rights, privacy, and special education law. Prior to this, Haley worked at EdCounsel, LLC from October 2020 to July 2024 as an Associate Attorney, further honing expertise in educational legal matters. Haley's earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at Koprince Law LLC, where representation involved federal government contracting issues, and a foundation in legal scholarship and research from the University of Kansas School of Law, where Haley earned a Juris Doctor in May 2018. Haley also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kansas State University.
