Who You Are:

As an Inside Sales Representative (Care Advocate), you drive the most important part of our business: growing the number of patients we serve. This role is a blend of inside sales and consultative account management, so you will help build the foundation for what great patient care at Stella looks like while remaining accountable to aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Your drive and efficiency dictate the number of patients we can treat while your compassion and empathy ensure our patients are heard and understood. Who You’ll Work With:

Responsibilities:

  • Guide potential patients through the onboarding and screening process to ensure patients are scheduled for treatment in a safe, compliant, and compassionate manner
  • Complete up to 30 consultations per day, including new patients calling inbound and existing patients whom you contact on an outbound basis
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via multiple channels (i.e. inbound / outbound phone calls, emails, text, live chat, social media, etc.) while upholding the team’s response rate metrics
  • Remain accountable to specific daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in order to meet patient demand.
  • Maintain an unwavering dedication to the Stella mission, brand, and messaging across all touchpoints with patient.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales or incentive driven environments
  • Healthcare experience strong plus
  • Experience managing communication with an extensive amount of customers preferably in a virtual setting
  • Understanding of best practices for customer service and/or patient care (i.e. payment options, treatment qualifications, etc.)
  • Experience using customer service tools like Help Scout, Zendesk, and/or Salesforce, or other related CRM systems (i.e. DrChrono is a plus)
  • Knowledge or experience working in mental health, crisis response, and/or trauma-informed care is a big plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Suite products and Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities, and learn new proprietary systems quickly

This is a salaried role with uncapped performance-based incentives!
