Baoqin Chen has a strong background in RF/Microwave engineering and extensive experience in various roles within the field. From 1995 to 1997, Chen worked as an RF/Microwave Filter Design Engineer at RLC Electronics, Inc., where they excelled in RF/Microwave filter design and consistently delivered products on time. From 1997 to 1999, Chen served as the Chief Engineer at Metropolitan Microwave Corporation, leading R&D projects and managing the production team. They were responsible for designing and developing RF/Mw filters, diplexers, and high-power delay line modules. Chen also attended graduate school at Columbia University during this time.

From 2017 to 2020, Chen worked at Marki Microwave as the RF Production Manager. They implemented an effective workflow tracking system, doubled deliverables, improved yield, and overall production performance. They also worked as a Production Engineer, collaborating with various teams to implement improvements to production assets.

From 2021 to 2022, Chen served as the Lead, RF/Microwave Engineering at L3Harris Technologies, utilizing their extensive engineering and managerial experience to develop RF active and passive products. They also managed R&D projects and effectively communicated with contacts inside and outside the department.

Currently, Chen holds the position of Director of Engineering at Stellant Systems, Inc., where they manage the engineering group in the design, manufacture, and testing of active and passive circuit products. They interface with customers, work closely with manufacturing, and ensure the successful transfer of designs into production.

Baoqin Chen has pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a specialization in Micro Electronics, RF/Microwave Circuit Design from Columbia University. Additionally, they have also completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Capitol Technology University, where they focused on Telecommunication, RF/Microwave Circuit Design.
