Matthias Brueggemann

Matthias Brueggemann currently serves as Corporate Purchasing Vice President for Strategic Watch and Commodity Strategy at Stellantis since January 2021. Previously, Matthias held the position of Corporate Purchasing Vice President for Batteries/Thermal at Groupe PSA from January 2018 to October 2018, and served as Director of Corporate Purchasing at Opel Automobile GmbH from March 2017 to December 2017. Before these roles, Matthias was a Transition Lead at General Motors from April 2006 to February 2017, where responsibilities included Global Commodity Manager for Thermal and Chassis systems. Former roles also include Manager Indirect Purchasing and Manager of the Integration Team. Matthias Brueggemann earned a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt between 1993 and 1998.
