Rebecca Payne

Rebecca Payne serves as the Sustainability Manager at Autoneum, overseeing energy, environment, and sustainability initiatives for North America since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held positions at Stellantis as the Environmental Lead for the Detroit Assembly Complex Mack from August 2019 to June 2022. Rebecca's expansive career at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles spanned from August 2011 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing the Environmental Compliance Audit Program and serving as an Environmental Specialist and World Class Manufacturing Environmental Pillar Lead for two Engine Manufacturing Plants, focusing on environmental compliance and continuous improvement. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Pre-Law Studies from Central Michigan University.
