Doug Skiba

Doug Skiba has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Doug is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Stellar Bank since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Allegiance Bank from September 2019 to February 2023. Doug worked at Frost Bank as the EVP of IT Architecture & Strategy from December 2008 to August 2019. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Pearson from February 2006 to December 2008. Doug also has experience in management roles at Fiserv, InteliData, Home Account Network, BSG Consulting, and Price Waterhouse LLC.

Doug Skiba attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management. In addition, they hold a certification in Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn, obtained in 2021.
