Lauren Gil

Lauren Gil has extensive experience in various roles within the banking and audit industry. Lauren is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Stellar Bank since 2022. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Allegiance Bank where they held multiple positions including Executive Vice President, Executive Director of Change and Risk Management from January 2020 to November 2023, SVP Director of Internal Audit from October 2013 to January 2020, and SVP, Internal Auditor from September 2013 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Associate - Business Advisory Services at Briggs & Veselka Co. from October 2009 to September 2013.

Lauren Gil earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from McNeese State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In December 2014, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
