Brady Kimber

Brady Kimber has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at Stellar Senior Living since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Ensign College from February 2012 to May 2022. Brady also worked at North American Services Group, Inc. as a Regional Administrative Manager from September 2009 to February 2012, and as a Human Resources Manager from August 2008 to September 2009. Brady started their career at the Salt Lake County Health Department as a Training Coordinator from September 2005 to August 2008.

Brady Kimber's education history began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College, where they specialized in Human Resources Management. This degree was obtained from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, Brady pursued a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University, focusing on Human Resources, which spanned from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Brady obtained a Certificate in HR Transformation from Cornell University's ILR School in 2021. To complement their education, Brady earned a few certifications as well, including the Improving Human Performance Certificate from the Association for Talent Development in December 2016, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2013.
