William Patrick Metts

William Patrick Metts is currently an Environmental Protection Specialist in the United States Army since October 2016. Prior to this, William Patrick held the title of NEPA Coordinator/NEPA Specialist at Stell Environmental Enterprises, Inc. and Engineering and Environment, Inc. William Patrick also has experience as a Pollution Prevention Specialist at Engineering and Environment, Inc., an Environmental Enforcement Specialist at Montana Department of Environmental Quality, and an Environmental Health Manager at South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. William Patrick Metts graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2000.
