Sayantan Ghosh

Sayantan Ghosh has a diverse work experience in human resources and business development. Sayantan is currently working as a Senior Executive - Human Resources at Stelmec Limited, where they are responsible for sourcing and recruitment, handling employee lifecycle, and serving as a HR business partner for the sales team. Previously, they served as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Scaler, where they conducted interviews and managed the recruitment process. Sayantan also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Berger Paints India, where they maintained employee MIS during the Covid pandemic. In addition, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Webridge E Solutions, focusing on B2B sales and lead generation.

Sayantan Ghosh completed their education in a progressive manner, starting with their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at NSHM College of Management and Technology from 2016 to 2019, with a focus on Marketing. Prior to that, they pursued a Commerce degree at D.A.V. Model School in Durgapur from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Business/Commerce. Recently, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Universal Business School, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, completing the program from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Sayantan Ghosh has also obtained several certifications. These certifications include Research on the Change in HR policies and Procedures (SOP) during COVID 19 from IJSREM in June 2022, HR Analytics from LearningKosh in January 2022, and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner from Trainer Collective in November 2021.
