Tiffany Douglass has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Marketing Specialist at TeleCommunication Systems. Tiffany then joined Hurricane Hauling & Demolition, Inc. in 2012 as a Marketing & Sustainability Manager, where they developed a strategic marketing plan and managed various online and print publications. In 2014, they transitioned to Sungevity, working first as a Field & Project Operations Analyst and later as a Channel Partnerships Marketing Manager. In 2017, Tiffany joined Tigo Energy as the Director of Global Marketing, responsible for content strategies and collaborating with international teams. Most recently, they became the Director of Marketing Communications at Stem, Inc. in 2020.

Tiffany Douglass obtained a Masters of Business Administration in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California in 2013. Tiffany then worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility - MBA Professor Aide at Hult International Business School from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Mary Washington from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they studied Australian Literature and Aboriginal Studies as part of their study abroad program at Macquarie University. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in Solar PV Training from Solar Energy International (SEI).
