Minami Tanaka

Minami Tanaka has a diverse work experience ranging from healthcare to business management. Minami started their career as a Nurse Team Manager at Kitasato Institute Hospital from April 2011 to March 2016. In 2014, they founded their own company, Minami Heart LLC, where they served as the CEO until November 2021. Minami then pursued higher education and became an MBA student at the University of Bath School of Management from September 2018 to November 2021. Following their education, Minami joined STEM, where they held multiple roles including Field Specialist from May 2020 to November 2021, Junior Project Manager from October 2020 to November 2021, Project Manager from October 2021 to January 2024, and currently, they hold the position of Associate Project Director from January 2024.

Minami Tanaka completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Bath in 2018-2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham in 2017-2018. In 2007-2011, they studied Nursing with a focus on Public Health/Community Nurse/Nursing at 北里大学 (Kitasato University).
