D'Arcy McGee has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. D'Arcy started their career in 1994 as a Residential Construction Worker, gaining valuable knowledge about the building construction process. In 1996, they became a Broker at Colliers International, where they founded the office division in Chile and represented multinational clients such as Motorola, Nike, Disney, and Unisys. D'Arcy then joined JMA Ventures LLC in 2001 as a Development Manager after graduating from M.I.T. In 2005, they became the Vice President and eventually led the Los Angeles office before relocating back to San Francisco. D'Arcy then worked at Oxford Properties as a Vice President, where they sourced and executed joint venture opportunities in the U.S. In 2010, they co-founded MP Associates, focused on industrial real estate in Southern California, before pursuing an opportunity with Evton Capital Partners in Toronto. D'Arcy served as President of Evton from 2011 to 2016, actively managing a value-add real estate portfolio. In 2016, D'Arcy founded Honeybrick, specializing in developing and managing specialty real estate for the food and beverage industries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at STEMCELL Technologies and is the President and Co-founder of Stepping Stone Developments.

D'Arcy McGee completed a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000. Their Bachelor of Arts Honours degree was obtained from Queen's University between 1987 and 1991.
