Marcie Frank

Ms. Frank is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for Stemedica. In this capacity, she is responsible for equity transactions with existing and potential investors. In addition, she maintains ongoing communications with the company’s key stakeholders including shareholders, physicians performing clinical trials, joint venture partners and international distributors.

Ms. Frank coordinates Stemedica’s Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings and works with the company’s outside counsel to record company documents.

Ms. Frank received her degree in Communications from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, is a Certified Paralegal (University of California, San Diego, California) and a Notary Public in the State of California.
