Esmeralda Morales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they worked at StemExpress as a Customer Service Lead, where they showcased their excellent customer service skills. Prior to that, they held the position of Client Service Administrator at the same company, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage client relationships.

Before joining StemExpress, Esmeralda worked as a Sales Admin Specialist at Hyundai Translead. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in sales administration and provided crucial support to the sales team.

Esmeralda also has experience working in the healthcare sector. At Kaiser Permanente, they served as a Service Center Representative, where they assisted patients and provided them with exceptional service.

Early in their career, Esmeralda worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a CS Team Lead / Customer Master Specialist. In this role, they demonstrated their leadership skills and expertise in customer service.

Prior to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Esmeralda worked at eBioscience, where they held various positions. As a Customer Service Rep, they provided assistance and support to customers. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Intern (Inside Sales) and was responsible for updating customer information, sending out customer literature requests, and searching for potential customers in medical journals.
