Katherine Shea, PharmD, BCOP

Katherine Shea, PharmD, BCOP has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Katherine is currently working as the Director of Field Medical Content Development and Training at Stemline Therapeutics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. where they held the positions of Associate Director of USMA Training from 2020 to 2022 and Senior Medical Science Liaison - Oncology from 2018 to 2020.

Before joining Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Katherine had a significant role at UChicago Medicine. Katherine worked as a Manager in the Chemo Clinic Pharmacy in 2018 and as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they completed a PGY2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Residency from 2013 to 2014 and a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency from 2012 to 2013.

Katherine'sinitial work experience was as a Clinical Dietitian at Henry Ford Health System in 2007.

Katherine Shea, PharmD, BCOP, obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Wayne State University in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Psychology at Central Michigan University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Katherine also holds the certification of Registered Dietitian, obtained from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) in June 2012. Katherine is also a licensed pharmacist in both Michigan and Illinois.
