Nicola Giovinazzi

Nicola Giovinazzi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicola is currently serving as the Global Head of Compliance at MENARINI Group since July 2019. In February 2021, they took on the role of Head of Compliance Oncology EMEA a.i. at Stemline Therapeutics. From May 2020, they have been an Ethics and Compliance Committee Member at EFPIA - European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations.

Prior to their current roles, they were a Compliance and Ethics Lead for Italy, Switzerland, and Austria at Bristol-Myers Squibb from May 2015 to June 2019. Before that, Nicola worked as a Director of Risk Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory from May 2001 to April 2015. Nicola also had brief stints as an Organization Analyst at Consip from January 2001 to May 2001, and as a Consultant at Value Partners from March 2000 to December 2000.

Their early career involved working in Treasury at Natuzzi in 1999. Nicola's extensive experience in compliance and risk consulting across various organizations showcases their expertise in the field.

Nicola Giovinazzi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Luiss Guido Carli University between 1994 and 1999. In 2020, they completed a Global Executive MBA program with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Disruptive Innovation at Hult International Business School. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including an Innovation Management Certificate from the Global Innovation Management Institute in May 2019, "Think on your feet" certification from Bridge Partners® in May 2016, and various certifications related to risk management and internal auditing from The Institute of Internal Auditors between 2009 and 2013.
