Paul Kunko Ph.D., MBA

Paul Kunko Ph.D., MBA has extensive work experience in the field of business analytics and intelligence. Paul currently holds the position of Director of Business Intelligence at Stemline Therapeutics, starting in May 2023.

Prior to this, Paul worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson for over 16 years. Paul held various roles including Associate Director of Immunology Portfolio Reporting & Analytics, Senior Manager of Business Analytics, and Director of Business Analytics.

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Paul served as the Director of Forecasting and Analytics at McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals for four years.

Paul also worked at AstraZeneca as a Forecasting Manager and Market Research Manager for a total of three years.

Paul began their career as a NIDA/NIH Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where they conducted research in the field of addiction.

Paul holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Medical College of Virginia, where they also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in business analytics, forecasting, and market research, making him a valuable asset in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

Paul Kunko, Ph.D., MBA, has an extensive education history in psychology and marketing. Paul began their academic journey in 1979 at New Mexico State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1986, they furthered their education by enrolling at Texas Christian University. There, Paul Kunko dedicated himself to earning a Ph.D. degree in Experimental Psychology, which they successfully obtained in 1991.

Driven by a passion for the business world, Paul Kunko pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at The University of Texas at Austin. From 1997 to 1999, they immersed himself in their studies and successfully graduated with an MBA.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Kunko has also acquired several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Paul obtained certifications such as "Nano Tips to Build Grit for Mental Toughness with Shadé Zahrai" and "Nano Tips for Developing Magnetic Charisma with Shadé Zahrai" from LinkedIn in 2023 and 2022, respectively.
