Robert Jerez has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Robert started their career as a Quality Professional in various small businesses from 1996 to 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, handling quality management for contract locations and conducting drug product reviews. Robert then joined McNeil Consumer Healthcare, where they served as a Senior Compliance Specialist, Compliance Project Manager, and Quality Manager from 2004 to 2010, overseeing quality systems and ensuring compliance with regulations. In 2011 and 2012, they worked at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, as a Manager of Quality Systems, providing guidance on data management policies and assessing impacts of changes to quality systems. From 2013 to 2015, they were at Amedra Pharmaceuticals LLC as Director of Quality, leading integration efforts and implementing a Quality Management system. Robert then joined Impax Laboratories in 2015 as a Director of Quality Assurance, responsible for GMP compliance and leading a team. In 2017, they briefly worked at Ironshore Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Director of Commercial Quality Operations, creating quality and compliance systems for the company. Robert is currently at Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. as the Vice President of Quality Systems, overseeing quality initiatives and systems.
Robert Jerez completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Montclair State University from 1991 to 1996. Robert further pursued their education at Rider University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, they also earned the certification of Quality Auditor from the American Society for Quality in June 2000.
