Laith Wallace has an extensive background in product design and user experience. Laith most recently worked as a Lead Product Designer at Stenn Technologies, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, Laith was a Lead Product Designer at iwoca from April 2022 to February 2023, where they managed multiple design priorities across three squads and implemented a new Mobile Loan Builder component that significantly reduced decision time for new customers.

From July 2019 to March 2022, Laith worked as a Product Design Manager at Discovery Inc, leading a team in building the Discovery Plus Design System and ensuring the overall success of the product team. Laith also held a Product Designer role at Discovery Inc from August 2018 to July 2019, where they worked on various design projects, including designing for Connected Devices and creating a UI Design Template Engine.

Earlier in their career, Laith held positions as a Senior UX Designer at Groupr from January 2016 to July 2016, where they directed UX design initiatives and created wireframes and prototypes, and as a Designer at One Housing from August 2014 to May 2016, where they implemented a comprehensive design system and designed a user-centric website that resulted in increased customer engagement.

Laith Wallace's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Bel Air High School, where they focused on Art/Art Studies. Laith completed their studies there in 2008. Following this, Laith pursued higher education and enrolled at the University for the Creative Arts from 2009 to 2011. Laith obtained a First Class Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture during their time there.

In addition to their formal education, Laith has also obtained various certifications. In January 2015, they completed the InDesign Advanced Training program at XChange Training. In December 2014, they underwent Photoshop Advanced Training, also at XChange Training. Most recently, in February 2020, Laith completed a course called "Public Speaking: Energize and Engage Your Audience" at LinkedIn.
