Филипп Кочнов

Philipp Kochnov began their work experience in 2014 as the owner of Vinyl Bay, a car film installation business. In this role, they managed a team of five employees and gained valuable leadership skills. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Daedu, where they conducted manual testing and created test documentation. In 2020, they joined eBlitz as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for manual and regression testing of a cross-platform app. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Zonatelecom as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer and later as the Quality Assurance Team Lead, where they developed and implemented QA processes and reduced incidents in the telecommunications ecosystem. Currently, in 2022, they are working at Stenn as the Quality Assurance Guild Lead, responsible for team and people management, implementing QA processes, and developing auto test infrastructure. Throughout their career, Philipp has demonstrated a strong focus on process improvement and team development, achieving notable accomplishments such as excluding manual testing from regression and growing automation engineers into leadership positions.

Philipp Kochnov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Philipp pursued this degree from 2013 to 2017.
