Charity Rieck, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charity currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Steno starting in September 2020. Prior to that, Charity worked at Bambee, where they served as the VP, HR Accounts from May 2019 to April 2020. In this role, they led teams responsible for onboarding and building HR plans for small businesses, as well as streamlining client requests and improving customer experience.

Before joining Bambee, Charity worked at OpenX as the VP, Partner Services - Account Management from March 2018 to February 2019. Prior to OpenX, they held various roles at YP, The Real Yellow Pages®, including Executive Director positions in Performance Management for Search Products and Search Marketplace Operations. In these roles, they implemented and managed policies, launched new marketplaces, and built order-to-cash processes for national brand advertisers.

Charity's extensive career also includes positions at Yahoo! Inc. from which they held several Director roles. These roles involved responsibilities such as improving ad quality, managing network quality, participating in trust and safety initiatives, and supporting business needs through the design of mechanisms.

Earlier in their career, Charity worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an Assistant Manager in Forecasting and at Allstate Insurance Company as an Actuarial Training Manager/Sr. Actuarial Analyst.

Throughout their career, Charity Rieck has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various areas such as operations, HR, account management, and quality assurance. Charity holds an MBA and brings a wealth of experience to their current role as Chief Operating Officer.

Charity Rieck, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame. From 2000 to 2002, they pursued their MBA with a focus on Entertainment Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In addition to their formal education, Charity obtained a certification in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn in April 2020.
