James Wright

James Wright has a diverse work experience. James started their career as a Server at Lone Star Steakhouse / Texas Land & Cattle from September 2012 to July 2013, where they provided excellent customer service and handled server responsibilities. James then served as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army from May 2013 to May 2014, performing various combat tasks and maintaining combat weapons.

Following their military service, James worked as a Server at Cotton Patch Cafe from October 2014 to January 2016, where they excelled in customer service and handled order entry and payment transactions. James then joined CTG - Computer Task Group as an Information Technology Project Coordinator from January 2016 to July 2016.

In 2014, James started working at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts as a Table Game Supervisor. In this role, they managed game operations, supervised employees, ensured compliance with regulations, and maintained financial summary sheets.

From 2018 to 2020, James worked at Walmart Global Tech as a Field Support Technician IV and later as a Sr. Mobility Technician V. In these positions, they provided technical support and expertise in mobility technologies.

Currently, James is employed at Steno as an IT Support Specialist, where they have held the roles of Remote Tech Assistant, IT Support Specialist, and IT Support Specialist 2 since November 2020. James offers technical support and assistance to ensure smooth IT operations.

James Wright earned a Bachelor's degree in CyberSecurity from Grantham University from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Agile Foundations, Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project, Agile Project Management: Comparing Agile Tools, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, Agile at Work: Getting Better with Agile Retrospectives, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards, Become an Agile Project Manager, Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Exam Tips: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Introducing the PMBOK Guide—Seventh Edition, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management. James also earned certifications in Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Ethics, and Project Management Foundations: Requirements, as well as an Introduction to Programming certification from the University of Arkansas Grantham in August 2020.
